Our Story

We didn’t set out to start a painting business way back when – we just wanted to help a few of our friends and neighbors check some things off their to-do lists. But one referral led to another, and before we knew it, we had enough jobs lined up to start PaintWorks.

One of the first decisions we made as business owners was that we would treat every client the same way we did our friends and neighbors in those early days. After all, we’re both natives of Wisconsin and those midwestern values – treat everyone like a friend and treat friends like family – is how we were raised.

As one of our Clients, you can expect to receive that same level of care and service. Because to us, what we do is more than just business, it’s personal.

To us, these aren’t just good business practices – they’re the right thing to do.

Our Process

Every project begins with a free consultation with either Jess or Nate, the owners, because it’s important to us that we understand your needs and get things right. Once we have a game plan, we’ll use our Sherwin-Williams® contractor’s discount to purchase your paint at a reduced price for you. From there, we’ll be in touch with you each step of the way until the job is done and we know you’re completely satisfied.

How We Work

You’ll always communicate directly with us, the owners, throughout your experience – not a pushy salesperson looking to make a commission. That’s why we won’t upsell you with services you don’t need or nickel-and-dime you on the things you do need. It’s why you won’t see a bill until we know you’re happy and it’s why that bill won’t come with any surprises.

Precise

What good is a new paint job if it’s sloppy? We think that anything worth doing is worth doing the right way. That’s why we never cut corners and we always take the time to pay attention to even the smallest details.
